How this works.

Mlgatee HQ is the shared brain for the two of us — strategy, pricing, fundraising, growth work, and where things live. Everything is searchable, editable, and lives in one place.

What lives here

Notes, decisions, playbooks, numbers, and pointers to where the real artifacts live (files, dashboards, accounts). Not code, not production secrets — those stay in their proper homes.

Sections

  • Snapshot
The 60-second version of Mlgatee — one-liner, key metrics, the numbers you paste into any cold DM or intro.
  • Product
What Mlgatee does, how it's built, and where the live surfaces (landing page, CLI, architecture) actually live.
  • GTM & Strategy
Positioning, pricing psychology, channel playbooks, community strategy, and the US expansion plan.
  • Fundraising
YC W27, investor targets, unit economics, and the pitch material reused across every raise conversation.
  • Growth Execution
What's actively being worked this week — Reddit, Twitter, contacts, and the real cost/revenue math.
  • Credentials & Access
Pointers to where things live and who to ask. Never store real passwords or API keys here — use a password manager.
  • Archive
Dead ends and earlier explorations, kept for context and out of the way of active work.

Entries

Every note is an entry: a title, body, and tags. Add one from any page with the Add button in the header. Edit or delete via the icons that appear when you hover a card.

Tags like urgent, active, or todo surface an entry on the home page under Active & urgent.

Search

Press ⌘K (or Ctrl K) from anywhere to search across every entry — titles, bodies, and tags. Selecting a result jumps to that entry and highlights it.

Documents

Each section has a documents panel at the bottom. Upload PDFs, decks, or spreadsheets there — files are scoped to that section and shared between both of us.

Rules of the road

  • No real passwords or API keys — use a password manager.
  • Prefer short, high-signal entries over long documents.
  • When something's dead, move it to Archive instead of deleting.
  • If it's not written here, it doesn't exist. Write it down.
